PJ Admin Services offers payroll set-up, advisory and weekly/fortnightly or monthly payroll administration, with government compliance.
Comprehensive Management Reporting and Employee Payslips keep you in control.
- We set you up with the correct Payroll Software, ensuring all employee details are historically correct. Or you can provide us with access to your current software.
- You send your payroll information to us by e-mail or Dropbox. We maintain your employee details, calculate pays and track all entitlements.
- Payroll Reports are created and delivered directly to your e-mail or Dropbox as PDF attachments. For added security all attachments can be password protected and encrypted to reduce unauthorised access.
- We can arrange for your staff to be paid by Direct Credit (bank access is required) or if you wish to do this yourself, we can include a banking file that is compatible with your banking system (typically a CSV file).
We can also help you with Online Timesheets and Rostering which could integrate with your Payroll System, making Payroll, one complete electronic process!!

Xero Payroll
Xero Payroll is cost effective and easy to use once it’s set up correctly. It is structured slightly differently to most other payroll systems. $10 per month for the first employee then $1 per employee per month for 2+.
iPayroll
iPayroll is a fully featured intermediary payroll provider. Set up is managed for you by iPayroll and once set up you only need to enter in timesheets – iPayroll will make the payments and ensure Tax compliance. Their helpdesk is excellent and our experience of their service has been fantastic.
Thank You Payroll
This payroll was set up specifically for the Not for Profit sector, but was so popular it is now open to all businesses. The service can be 100% free under some conditions. They are just lovely people based in New Zealand, doing a good thing.

Ideal for a business that employs less than 10 staff, makes standard Tax deductions and wants to run payroll from anywhere. Automate your wage and tax payments.
